30 Day Guarantee
ClearSite customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. If you are unsatisfied with your ClearSite purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase and you will be eligible for a refund.
All refund inquiries require the following process in order to be valid and considered:
- Contact Us by email and send us a detailed explanation of why you wish to cancel your order within 30 days of your order date. All products can be downloaded and evaluated at the time of purchase - regardless of shipping method. Include your original product license registration number provided to you upon purchase and also by email.
- ConnectsUs provides demos and samples on this website and has dedicated much effort to providing detailed information about its products on this site. The request for refund will usually be approved if the product received by the customer is not what has been represented on this website.
- We will review your request within 72 hours.
- Once your refund is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return our products back to us.
- Upon receipt of the returned ClearSite" products, you will be required to sign additional documentation confirming that no copies of the product or portions of the product remain with you and that you have not made use or made the product or portions of the product available to other individuals including within or outside your organization.
- The accounting department of your organization will be made aware of your refund and will be asked to sign a notification statement to ensure the contractual obligations of the canceled license registration is understood by the organization.
- Your product license registration number will no longer be valid.
- We must receive your ClearSite" electronic documents, and/or CD, and/or binder within 7 days of your receipt of return instructions noted in 4) above.
- A refund less the original shipping charges incurred by ConnectsUs to ship the product, and less 5% credit card transaction and administration fees, will be issued by check and mailed within 7 days of completing the last of all the steps above.
The Small print:
30 day guarantee is not applicable to:
- Any product where a discount or promotion code was used in the check out process.
- The refund does not include the original cost of shipping and handling (if any) and credit card and administration processing fees.
ConnectsUs is not responsible for shipping costs or damages incurred on returned items. Products to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by regular postal service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since ConnectsUs does not provide credit for a return received after 7 days of receipt of return instructions, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and/or insured.
If any documents or materials have been used in the course of actual business, we DO NOT accept returns. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer is not providing valid grounds for a refund or is abusing our money back guarantee policy.
Return policy is void in cases of fraudulent activity. Fraudulent returns are considered stolen property and a violation of Canadian, U.S. and International Copyright laws. Your license will be revoked on charge back orders or returns and the product must be uninstalled immediately. We reserve the right to notify appropriate parties and bill customers back for continued use of unlicensed software. We reserve the right to disable illegal copies of our product and use tracking technologies to determine if our product is being used illegally.
