We believe that everyone – both employers and employees are responsible and accountable for creating a great organization.  Yes, leadership is key, but equally important are keen and engaged employees.  We simply don’t support whining, whatever side of the fence it’s coming from so we set out to create the ways and means for organizations and people to connect to each other to get things done.

We believe that organizational clarity makes for a competitive edge.  Sounds simple, but it’s not always easy when those of you in the lead are out there combing the landscape to bring in business.  With one eye on the road ahead and the other making sure that the competition doesn’t overtake you, it’s easy to forget to schedule that oil change or rotate your tires.  ConnectsUs does just that for you and your organization.  We make sure the basic but important “stuff” is in place so your people can get things done – even when you are not there to answer all the questions.        

We were just an idea in 2002 when we set out to compile all of the information that organizations need to share with their people to get them off on the right foot and keep them on the road to a fulfilling work life while contributing to the organization’s success. 

We counted on our decades of sweat equity earned in organizational development, human resources, operations, administration, systems and process design to create and deliver pre-written best practices that work.  We consulted experts and had them review our work and rubber stamp it.  The end result was ClearSite.

Fast forward to present day.  Hundreds of companies across North America from coast to coast (and now in the U.K.) are using ClearSite.  Surprisingly there is no common profile.  There are companies with over 10,000 employees and some with 3.  There are companies in the service industry, manufacturing, mining, real estate, hi-tech – a number of names you would instantly recognize.  Some aren’t even for profit – charitable foundations, healthcare and government, and faith-based communities.  But they all started with a common pain that came from a lack of organizational clarity.
